What if the clinician doesn't issue a note?
You may qualify for a refund under our published Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Is this service available in my state?
Yes — appointments are available in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Each state is labeled on the booking page as handled directly by our clinician network or routed to our telehealth partner.
Will my employer accept the document?
We can't guarantee employer acceptance. Documents include clinician details and a verification code where supported.
Can the note be backdated?
No. Documentation reflects the actual date of your evaluation and the clinician's determination.
Is this for emergencies?
No. Call 911 or go to an emergency room for any medical emergency.
